Everyone's saying it seems like you're remorseful and you are admitting you're wrong. But all I see is someone who lied to get an IP Exemption, and then got caught cheating once he was granted the IP Exemption he lied to get.

That's a more long thought out process than the "Oh, I only wanted to kill some fish" excuse. There was time put behind your cheating.

Always had a VPN and played on red never had a problem. Asking for an exemption just so you can two box is asking for trouble.
