I bought a Ninja 250 as my first bike and never looked back. It's a learner's bike. People are going to shit on you for it. But who cares. Rev it to 10,000RPM and scream around a corner. It's still fun. I wish I'd never sold it so I had an extra bike for teaching friends.

Everyone's told you you're going to fall already. Don't think about that shit. Most people who think about the crash never really enjoy riding. Just ride smart, don't cook it into every turn when there's traffic and know when you CAN open it up [it will be obvious because nobody will be around]. Yeah it's dangerous. Most of the fun things in life are.
