Default Succor's mana cost and additional mana drain is egregiously broken

Succor's kinda fucked up?

Succor should cost 300 mana to cast and drain an additional 150 from both the caster and all group members. Right now it costs the caster over 1000 including the initial cast cost and two mysteriously high (and inconsistent) mana drains.

(first test cast) Immediately after casting, while LOADING, PLEASE WAIT... freezes my screen, my UI's mana counter drops from a full mana total of 3345 to 2588, making the initial mana cost 757 (should be 300). Once I load in at the zone's safe spot, my mana drops again to 2320 for an additional mana drain of 268 (should be 150). The total mana cost for the caster (this time) is 1019-1025 instead of the 450 it should be.

Screenshots of a few more casts showing the consistently high mana drains. The before loading drain is always 750 and the after loading mana drain is either 266 or 272.

Visible in this first set of screenshots (not my first personal test) is the friend I recruited to help test the group member mana drain, and their mana dropped similarly to my after cast/pre-load 750 mana drain but without the post-load mana 266/272 drain: before cast 2083, during load screen 583, after loading 1359 for a total mana drain of 724 (standing mana regen server tick or two?). The loading screen mana drain appears to be temporary for the group member but not for the caster.

I'm sure there's a server tick or two happening while loading that fudges the numbers a little bit, but that doesn't matter.

Also, once while testing this (I didn't post every test) Succor didn't even cause a loading screen. It just finished casting and drained my mana. I was already standing on the evac point, but I had been standing there for other Succor casts before and after so I don't know what happened that time. [You must be logged in to view images. Any wizards able to test this for Evacuate and Abscond?
