Caffeine is pretty terrible actually. The flat refusal of the goy consciousness to recognize that coffee consumption renders their emotional and empathetic faculties totally mangled (lol coffee hardly effects me!) is one of the great holes in Christendom. Long term caffeine use precedes spiritual death as surely as the rest.
Occasional tea or coffee is a delightful entheogen tho!

I drink coffee 3 times a week or less.
If I drink it daily, I get physically addicted where if I miss a day of coffee I get splitting headaches. So I just try to drink it intermittently now, not every day.
I do miss how it makes me poop regularly though.
