My recommendations:

1. Lose weight (drastically)
2. Brush your teeth regularly and shower at least daily
3. Get some decent clothes & a bespoke suit (ask mom to pay for this if necessary)
4. Apply for jobs and install Tinder (assuming you arent comfortable in social situations)
