Thankyou for the confirmation of the 8 hour +/- 2 hour timer. I was able to get the kilt from Martar tonight at the 6 hour mark after I killed Karg earlier today.

His true spawn loc is close to pos1684 neg5966 next to a tree on a hill in front of permafrost. He then walks West down to the east fork of the frozen river and heads North up it.

As others have said, Karg and Martar are placeholders for eachother. There are no other placeholders here.
