Necro Spell & Game Mech Issues

-Tiny Jade Inlaid Coffins for the spell: Conjure Corpse have not been put in Neriak 3rd Gate- on Dvis Zexus Male Dark Elf 453, -815. He should sell them & I can't find them on any other NPC.

Why was the spell: Conjure Corpse edited to not have SK's on it this patch but the tiny coffins were not put in game to use the spell?
