22 BMI here,

18.6% body fat, if the dodgey old scales are to be believed, which maybe they aren't as they had my hydration pretty low (I had 56% water content of someone above 50s and I'm not quite that old yet).

That basically says I'm in the healthy range, but maybe could do a bit more muscle mass? I've not studied fitness for a long time, any advice? I know we got some fitness freaks on the forum, even if a lot of them sound like bodybuilding baloon men.
