Trying to access my old account

Hi, My brother and I decided to start playing again after like 7 years. I found the E-mail with my old user name info. The problem I found is that when I try to reset my password, the E-mail on the account is my old .edu e-mail from when I was in college. Is there anyway to reset the password without access to the e-mail on file? I would really love to access and play my old characters.
