Military hierarchies don't work in game development. Boardroom brainstorms do. Having to be alpha wolf all the time means only you are running away from something in life you need to face to get peace and humility. And if I had a dollar every time I had a major breakdown I'd have enough to get me through all of November. GG was very fun doing the food giveaways I enjoyed it.
