i don't think it proves he was at mandalay bay seeing as we know his car was being driven while key swipes were made to access the mandalay bay room, but its another indicator of heavy premeditation and that multiple people may have been involved in setting this up.

floor plan of the room shows two exits by the way, which brings a lot of the 2 shooter and/or arms sale to terrorists gone wrong theory a bit more plausible again.

sadly they're going to probably eliminate the room number and seal off the suite for good. shame, because i wanted to book it.

Basically, he fucked up. He broke some rules in the deep state spy circle, probably sold info or weapons unwittingly to someone, or broke a code of silence or X Y Z topic to another deep state guy who reported him for it.

He was greenlit, and that was that. As far as the terror incident, thats just a side thing they planned. They didn't want to kill someone white male of political standing and age without the Moussad/DHS operatives making use of him.

His execution was planned on an arms deal. This time the arms deal was a sting by "people steve should have known were on the terror watchlist, he fucked up. For the last time." Orders were to terminate on sight.

Very likely he had a handler walking him through the sale, making sure he was going to actually sell them (so the murder would be fully justifiable by Langley) as soon as he agreed to the sale in his room he was killed (with the DHS/Moussad/UK security contractors ready to roll and begin firing)
