What if Mage summoned weapons didnt suck?

When I first played on live. Even having a " Magic " weapon wasn't something everyone had available.

Some of my first raids into unrest were with mage summoned weapons or caster only parties. Once, it was just casters, no mage, and a paladin with no magic weapon, but did a great job holding hate.

I wish they did scale the weapons, maybe with mage level. At level 60 a lvl 1 summon dagger would have sick stats and maybe procs.
