Making Cash: Do I roll shaman or wizard? Do necros have value late game?

Which of the two are the best for solo cash camps?

Wizards can quad after a bit
Shamans get soloable around 24ish? with good gear i think

As well, do necros have raid value late game? Their epic looks ridiculous and ive heard they are not very welcome over most other classes
