Return of the Debugger Error

Welp, a problem I had once thought fixed has reared its ugly head once more, and the usual solution no longer works. As many other threads in here have suggested, I made an exclusion for the P99 game folder in my Avast Antivirus (AND uninstalled McAfee as is often recommended) but the same error still pops up when I attempt to run the Titanium Launcher. Are there any other known ways to fix this? It's become a chronic issue with running this game now, knowing this problem can show up at any time and not be fixable. O_____O;;
