There is a very unhappy old man in Prescott, Arizona. His McAfee is interfering with his EQ. Neither my friend or I am any good at computers. We are old as dirt. Any advice or instruction on what to do to fix this problem ourselves is like teaching Mandarine Chinese to a parakeet.

I hate to ask the guy that helped us before. He has helped multiple times but we do not want to bother him again. Is there someone else who can connect to my friends Teamviewer and remotely fix so he can play please? Evenings are great. His Ranger just dinged level 21.
