That was towards the end of his time here as a GM, and he had developed a pretty severe god complex RMT fueled drug habit by then. His camp rules were absolute garbage, coming from a good albeit crazy place, but still garbage and not as well thought out as he was sure they were. They were, thankfully, never enforced.
