Iksar Regen BP worth it?

I picked up one of these chestplates by accident recently while keying an alt.

I was surprised by how noticeable the 5 regen is. I'm sure it would be even better for shaman.

If you buy one for 10 and end up selling it for 7 when looking for a real fungi I'd still think that was 3k well spent.
