Most of the time the casual guilds don't even know that they have done something wrong. If they were a competing entity they would be permanently suspended. They are truly the ones that don't play by the rules. But on p99 it's more of a liability to leave anything up to Sirken so A/A just has to shrug of countless of violations, kites, trains, you name it, while constantly being blamed for everything.

Almost weekly we get trained by oblivious CSG pullers/kiters, but because they lose even with training there is no point in risking what mood Sirken is in.

When we however did an ANNOUNCED trainout as standard for years, that accidentally killed a small handful of NON RAIDING people in a raid zone with no FTE, AFK and blocking the only viable exit we get instantly suspended.
