This last issue of "roll time" was something I didn't address, true. Because I'm asking the community to be reasonable and flexible with how long the "roll time" is considered open, and when the roll opens. Last few days there has only been 1 person rolling. How long and when the roll window opens can be handled from, within reasonable time span, of the respected roll times of XX:30, and XX:00. If there are 3 people there at XX:30 and everyone agrees yeah this is enough rollers, then roll. You don't need to wait 5 more mins for more people to show up.

this idea is already doomed and I have no idea why anyone thinks it'll possibly work, especially considering there's been no official response to indicate this is actually "in effect", and since only a minority of people read the forums (which probably explains why there are suddenly no rollers better than anything: they don't know when the roll is anymore.)
oh well, looking forward to mashing U with prepositioned trade windows soon with y'all while we all remember the road to hell is paved with good intentions once this "flexible" system predictably falls apart :>
