This is the biggest scam/money sink that any commercial game has ever taken. Offering those services before the game is even in pre alpha is halarious. People shelling out a subscription long before the game is near release. Estimation on release is 2018 - 2019
After the debacle with Brad stealing Kick Starter funds, I think it's safe to say this game will go down in history regardless if it see's release.

I heard somewhere that they said they are actually looking to release late 2017... cant seem to find anything to confirm it though.
Its also not the first time that a game sold pre-release packages and was never released. In fact i think if you purchase a pre-release on steam they warn you about it being a possibility.
