This forum has a sub-culture/forum known as Rants and Flames, and sometimes people that frequent that forum act the same outside of it as they do inside it. If you're not familiar with that sub-culture it can seem like a bunch of assholes attacking you for nothing ... which it is ... but once you get used to it you realize that it's only because their default response is "hostile", and it has nothing to do with you doing anything wrong.
