Miscellaneous: Shralok Pack should now be LORE

According to February 21, 2001 patch notes the Shralok Pack should now be LORE. I see a lot of tunnel people advertising 'Never Lore' but it would seem that is incorrect. Home screen patch notes of p99 mention [Feb 2001] updates to the timeline, so would seem this would be appropriate.
