"Camping" the Chestplate is basically the same as "camping" the Sebilis key (all the mobs involved are in the same area of the Emerald Jungle). You'll need a tracker, ideally one who's good at running through the jungle looking for a track target while not picking up too many adds, but it's doable (and if you don't have a Seb key yet you can work on both at once).
