CT has been popping Monday evening through Tuesday morning with all 3 of us his golems and Draco. They die very quickly to the no lifers. The golems will then spawn again 3 days after that with a 16 hour window. Just go clear Fear and wait for them to spawn. There is nothing that pisses off the no lifers more than when you take their non tier raid mob loot fairly and legitimately.
As for hate minis, they are up every 8 hours. Any clear into Hate could yield some good results. If you run into any no lifers logging in to take the minis just push for the mob anyway. They'll prolly train you because they lack social skills and communication. After enough trains and drama PoHate will be clear for you for a couple weeks. Such is P99. Good luck, Vita Infiniti.
