How hard is it for you to understand that you don't even have to try if you just learn to come to the table and work out a system where people share? This isn't that complicated.

But why? the guilds who want to work out a rotation aren't a threat to A/A since they don't actively compete. You would have to figure out a way to prove to A/A that a rotation is in their best interests or it is never going to work. That isn't going to be accomplished by complaining about the raid scene while not even actively participating in it. And it especially isn't going to be accomplished by criticizing the people that this current system seems to work the best for...
