Help with cashing problems erro code 1017

I was playing last night just fine, i go to log on to classic blue server and i get a 1017 error code repeatedly just for this server, so i follow the how to fix, and i do a fresh install and ow eq wont even lauch for me saying game now found, and i've reinstalled 3 times, it keeps telling me Windons cannot find 'eqgame'. make sure the name correctly then try again
