Spells: v6 spell file adjustments

Root: ensnaring root (mid-level root, the longest duration root druids get so far) is outright resisted even more with the v6 file. my root (40 druid) resisted 7 times in a row by blue soulsipper in emerald jungle - not short duration, outright resist.

on the other hand. root works just fine for druid mobs. blue con drachnid webmaster rooted me for plenty long. never wore off til i was dead

ensnare. resisted with new spell file over half the time

dots: both magic and fire are resisted way too often. approaching 50% of the time.

fire nuke not full resisted often but almost never lands for full. partial damages are below 50 alot out of max 286.
