if you have access to a secondary DS on earlier firmware there are wacky workarounds. I have broken a system on that firmware (I think. maybe it was 11.2) but it requires doing a system transfer from an already-hacked DS.
If you only have up to date dses available I think that means you're fucked. I advise not updating firmware from here on out, and in 6 months you can probably do it | ||
