Spirit did not spawn after killing Capt Surestout

Was attempting to do shaman epic.
After killing Capt Surestout the Spirit did not spawn 8(
Ocean of Tears, location +779, -5319 - Seafury Island

When you have time can anyone please take a look at this? =)
