Why do Awakened members even stay?

<Original Gangster Club> (My guild) is #1 at the moment and doesn't even neckbeard that hard. When new expansions come out we go hard for a few days then settle back into regular schedule 3 nights a week. Last I knew BDA raided more nights a week than we do but I don't know their current schedule. <Asylum of Shadow> or AoS is close 2nd and used to be first. It seems to go back and forth similar to Awakened/Aftermath on P99. AoS neckbeards a lot harder. They batphone at 3am for open world mobs that we don't even bother to instance. They also make use of questionable 3rd party programs regularly. One of their officers or somebody with top level security clearance went rogue and recently leaked a bunch of evidence showing that.

Similar to P99 after the top 2 guilds who are pretty much tied it drops off a bit. This is by no means set in stone but if you want my opinion the top 4 guild rankings probably look something like:

1 <Original Gangster Club>
2 <Asylum of Shadow>
3 <Echoes of Elysium>
4 <In Virtue All Stars>

1 and 2 are about even and could easily swap positions in PoP or another upcoming expansion. Same with 3 and 4. After that it becomes kinda blurry. <Rosengard III> is a pretty solid euro guild. <Resolute> has some good players. Once you get past the top 4-5 guilds I'd say just go with whatever guild fits your schedule the best there isn't THAT much difference. Again just my opinion though. We'll know a LOT better which guilds are actually good when PoP comes. I'd say if you aren't raiding PoTime within 1 month your guild is squarely in baddie territory and that's being generous. All the solid guilds will be in time within 2 weeks barring any weird bugs or server crashes eating instances.etc
