Default Weird happenings when launching

Good evening P99

So a little while ago when I started launching p99 EQ things would get weird.

I'd double click on the launch titanium icon. I'd get the "do you want to allow EQGame.exe to make changes to your computer?"

I'd select yes.

A windowed version of the screen would show up rather than the full screen, completely blank. I have to use ALT+Enter to go to full screen to get the TOS screen to show up. I select yes to accept the TOS.

Now it takes me to the account name and password. User name is already in there so I type my password and click the quick connect to Scars of Velious server.

Next my screen goes blank again, still in windowed mode. I have to use ALT+Enter again to go full screen, still black except my mouse. Then again I have to use ALT+Enter to get back to windowed mode just to see the character select screen. If I use ALT+Enter again to get back to full screen it goes black again.

Is there some setting(s) that need to be adjusted so I don't have to ALT+Enter several times just to get into the game?

It's running as Windows XP SP3 as administrator

Set my EQClient.INI to
WindowedModeXOffset=-2
WindowedModeYOffset=-12
WindowedMode=TRUE

[VideoMode]
WindowedWidth=1920
WindowedHeight=1080
Width=1280
Height=1024
FullscreenBitsPerPixel=32
FullscreenRefreshRate=0
WidthWindowed=1280
HeightWindowed=1024

I'm out of ideas. Please help.
