Uthgaard is the man

Last night I was on my last pet and like everyone else chomping at the bit for some kick ass drop. When it was announced the server was going to reboot I was really bummed out since I would lose my last pet and have to spend an hour getting more chips instead of having a chance for some kick ass drop. When I logged back in I figured I'd just go ahead and /petition for two bone chips in my inventory since I really didn't have anything to lose. Anyway within a minute or so Uthgaard popped up out of nowhere and handed me a stack of bone chips. I just thought it was really kick ass that he would take time out of such a busy night to help me out. You guys are awesome! I have never had that kind of personal experience with any customer service, let alone a free service. I didn't end up getting a kick ass drop but because of Uthgaard I got level 17 without the added frustration of scrambling for more bone chips. Thanks again [You must be logged in to view images.
