And lets not forget all the server first announcements that are planned for Kunark.
I don't think most of the server was expecting to have a bunch of level 50's power leveling Iksar 60 seconds after the expansion goes live. I just think it would really cheapen the entire thing. At the very least everyone should have to do the same rate race tonight. Precedent for the server is to nerf player made items that should not be in the game yet. IE: player made stat food, javelins, potions. This would fall into that category.
