I remember one time a guy was giving away free things in the ec tunnel on Live, and people were all mobbed around him hoping to get something for free. I also was there hoping I would get something, and of course I got nothing. Once the guy had given everything away we all meandered away.
I felt sad and pathetic. Not because I didn't win anything, but because I felt like I traded my dignity for the possibility of some ingame items. Now that I am older, I never grovel or want free things from others, not even in games I play. Don't you guys that go to a live stream with the only motivation being you might get free pixels feel at all a bit pathetic? | ||
