It's actually not. Its a couple hundred people with 90% of them in 2 or 3 different zones level syncing (mentoring) to grind the same mobs day in and day out until they're high enough level to play FTE on the best raid mobs.
It's a really generic and uninspired version of EQ for Japanese people. That said, I do have a couple chars there and still prefer it to any modern MMOs.
