Spells: Rage fades when OOM

I reported this in game and am now doing so here.

Basically, rage is draining mana as intended, but when you run out of mana the whole buff fades. It is supposed to persist as a sort of OOM tanking shaman buff. However it just fades when your mana pool is drained.
