Awakened started a Ring war last week, just a few minutes before the 24 hours was due to expire when a rotation guild was about to start it.

I would agree that waiting a few minutes past the 24 hour mark would be construed as trying to angle a technicality, but 12 hours after the window expires during a prime time EQ weekend is not a few minutes. Truth be known, Breaken had a bone to pick, and needed an excuse. You all were in PoG doing your thing and heaven forbid you guys could not poach another ring war.

Short term I am sure some folks in awakened are pounding their chest with all the VP dragons they got. Long term you probable went from 3 AoW kills a month to maybe one. Kudos on smart leadership making informed decisions.
