Hey surprisingly I support this idea. I think it should be amended though so that we deduct from their reparations all government aid money they have received on top of making them reimburse the US for property damage and wrongful deaths incurred due to their participation in the drug trade. I think they would end up owing us again in the long run. We can arrange a way for them to work off the debt. Perhaps having them indentured to a white family.
