Wow...talk about retarded. You sure that's not just a bug fix from a previously introduced bug?

If not, you guys don't have to duplicate obvious bugs.

I remember Verant being slow at fixing stuff, but god, 2 years after release, damn.

I suppose rains were such a minor issue, it kept getting low priority.

I didn't have experience with them at the time as I played on VZ in a cross team guild, so raining NPCs was sorta out of the question.
