Current state of some enchanter tricks and pet Items?

Wondering what the current state of these classic tricks are:

Torch: Does giving your pet a torch and only a torch still make them Duel Wield and do more dps?
Rings: Are pets still able to wear 2 rings? or only 1? How would anyone know if this were true or not anyway?
Tome of the Eternal: does giving your pet a Tome of the Eternal work like a Torch and allow them to still double attack? or does it remove their ability to attack with the offhand all together?

Besides these items, are there any other neg MR items that drop in classic-vel?

Would love to hear what the current state of this stuff is, also would love to know how anyone would know if 1 or 2 rings would be wearable by an NPC.. cant for the life of me determine how anyone would determine if that were or were not true [You must be logged in to view images.
