Vekis - Trooper Scale Breastplate

First of all, I'd like to say I'm a HUGE fan of getting killed by this Necromancer that just so happened to hang out between the newbies arriving in FV and the zones they were seeking to explore. I decided to initiate this quest to see if I could get her to spawn for old time's sake...

Grix the Exile is in Swamp of No Hope appr p1400 n1400 by some ruins and a sitting statue, cant miss em
Sargeant Daelinor spawns on the bridge and heads straight out to top of first hill where he stops for a while, he MAY join with 2 or more other NPCs, then they head out straight and to the right to the drolvarg ruins, try to get him alone when he first comes out or he may be killed by drolvargs, and the drixies and pilgrims are a problem, i pulled him to the two empty piers and killed him there.
Vekis the necro then spawns next to the large standing statue where the stream falls into the ocean inlet, she seems to hang around a bit, so dont worry bout rushing too much, give her the implant.

So I kill Daelinor in FV, although I didn't bother to check and see if he paths out of the city or not. Now, I'm sitting at the statue on the waterfall outside of FV and there's no sign of Vekis.
