I'm guessing the overwhelming majority of people don't know wtf any of those guys are (I sure don't). Maybe that could have something to do with the lack of TV time dedicated to their deaths?

The first one is a politician, the other two contribute to the American Free Press (I've linked numerous times here), among other things. They've all spoken out against the Clintons which is pretty much a death warrant.
