Base backstab time = 10 seconds. 100% haste will lower this to 5 seconds.
100 = 5.0 seconds
41 = 2.05 seconds
27 = 1.385 seconds
41% haste is 0.665 faster on the cool down which is difficult to display when EQ logs come out in 1.0 sec delay relays.
