You have no clue what you're talking about, Clinton modernized them. Not only defensively, but she gave them our delivery technology. They have been modernizing with it for years now.

you misunderstand.. im saying they are going to use all their old crap up, the things leftover from the cold war. putin keeps talking about a "new weapon" that they have, which leads me to believe that they are looking to get rid of all the old nukes they have stockpiled. those things cost money to keep, it would be cheaper to just expel them into the desert.
