They don't move toons they will refund your lost turn they won't recover failed transfer.

Waiting is your best recourse or calling Sirken bad names. But that tends to get the wrong attention

No guides to deal with the dopes means Sirken is doing it all again.

Also don't drop transfer use DaP and save yourself the QQing
