whats the best way to trigger a GM responce?

Rogue epic - screwed up turn in...down the drain
need rogue move to spereate account ....im told this is possible but nobody can confirm
Now..tried to drop transfer stuff....rare gear that I probably won't see again (where the hell am I going to get bloodpoints from?) failed bag poofed.

Some of this stuff has been on queen for like 2 weeks now. HOW do I encourage repsonce from GMs? I mean if I donated more money would they even notice? is there someone's butt I have to stick my nose up? or should I just quit for a month and hope things look better?
