Even if this is true, it doesn't seem like a very strong finding. 10% of calories in an adult male would be 60g of casein or over 2 quarts of cow's milk. I don't think very many people drink that much. Apparently there are some people who believe casein free diets can improve autism, and some people are allergic to it. There is also a strain of probiotics, lactobacillus casei, that help humans break down casein.

Maybe I am not seeing the whole picture yet, but so far it seems to me to be a long way from this study to 'you shouldn't drink milk' let alone 'you shouldn't eat meat'.
It's quite a research project. I remember reading the literature and then going through a list of criticisms (https://www.reddit.com/r/keto/commen...e_china_study/) to make sure there weren't any obvious statistical flaws. The more amateur critics I could refute myself, the more nuanced ones happened to be answered by Colin Campbell (like Denise Minger), and I'm glad he did because I wouldn't have known any better. Also Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn has done group studies on the subject (http://www.dresselstyn.com/site/study03/), and in my opinion, pretty damning evidence. I was proud that a heart surgeon my girlfriend's mom went to see actually referenced Esselstyn's work, as I didn't think it was too widely known.
