The following players need to die:

Dottin, Heugh, Silat/stdz/baam.

These players are denying their own guild ring8's just to make a profit of 20k every other week.

None of those players contribute to <tempest> other than to have been epic'd by the guild and getting a few bits of HoT armor.

If you're in tempest and you want to do the ring 8 quest start killing those players on sight.

Let's drive these selfish players off the server.
