Mine is as follow:

1 - Theft of Thoughts
2 - Charm
3 - Tash / Slow / Nuke
4 - AoE stun
5 - Bedlam / switch out spot (C2, self hp buff, Pacify line, ...)
6 - AoE Mez
7 - Fetter
8 - Single Mez
