Drats, I missed it. I agree, I like the idea of open raids mainly as it was a classic aspect and I haven't really looked around at guilds much. I just figured at some point I'd look into the raiding scene and find a guild that might match my ideals but that might be hard. I am guessing a number of the raid based guilds have a decent number of the various classes and I'd rather not be lost in the shuffle and be under say 5 or so folks for chances at decent items. On the other hand, the lesser needed gear would possibly just fall from the sky instead of the rot monster eating it in the end.
